Install Instructions
* Install the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 on your mobile device. Reset your mobile device.
Note: You can skip this step if you're using Windows Mobile 6.
* Download and copy the CAB (from buttons above) to any location on your mobile device. Tap the CAB on your device to start the Weather Watcher installation program.

* FIXED: "Snow accumulating to x to x inches" was not being converted properly in the detailed forecast when using a precipitation conversion other than inches.
* FIXED: Hourly forecast was displaying incorrect day names when the weather was updated between 11 PM and 12 AM.
